Fair usage

Fair usage applies to ongoing design, website and digital support requests. Larger projects are quoted separately, and we will always let you know before anything is chargeable.

Larger projects

Some work is a project rather than ongoing support: a brand new or e-commerce website, a major redesign, custom software or an app, professional photo and video production, a full branding project, large migrations, bulk content entry or bespoke integrations. We quote these separately and never start without your go-ahead.

Pricing questions

What counts as included work?

Ongoing design, website, content and digital support requests are included under fair usage. Larger pieces such as a brand new website, an online shop, custom software or a full rebrand are quoted separately, and we will always tell you before anything is chargeable.

Is advertising spend included?

No. The Complete plan includes managing one advertising platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads or ChatGPT Ads). The money paid to the platform for the ads themselves is separate and stays under your control.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We use manager, partner or collaborator access wherever a platform offers it. Your accounts always remain yours; we only request the access required to manage them.

How do we communicate?

Mostly on WhatsApp, like you would with a colleague. Your customer panel shows your plan, your connections and your billing.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid month. Six and twelve month plans are paid up front for the period at a lower monthly rate.
